The cost of participation is made up of two components:
The registration fee and the participation fee (including for the stand and any extras) and are exclusive of VAT.
* Explanation stand formats: 3 x 1 meter means that the stand is 3 meters wide (back wall) and one meter deep (side walls). A stand always consists of two side walls. So a 1 x 3 meter stand has a total of 5 meters of wall space (3 meters of back wall and two side walls of 1 meter each). The walls are 2.50 metres high.
